The Dutch Sustainable Growth Coalition carefully processes and secures personal data. In the processing of data, we adhere to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Dutch: AVG).
We handle data confidentially and do not publish these data. Your data will not be provided by us to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do otherwise.
We have taken the following measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing:
- All persons who can access your data on behalf of DSGC are bound by their confidentiality.
- We use an username and password policy on all our systems.
- Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data.
- We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) with which all information between you and our website is protected when you enter personal data.
Rights
You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete the personal data that we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part of it) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to let us transfer the data provided by you to you or directly to another party. We may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can respond to the aforementioned requests
If you have previously given us permission to process your personal data, you always have the right to withdraw this permission.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly about this. Of course we find it very unfortunate if we cannot come to an agreement. You always have the right to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority, the supervisory authority of privacy protection.
Website
By using this website you share data with us via cookies. But it may also be personal data entered by you, for example if you sign up for a newsletter. We only store and use the personal data provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested (for example, our newsletters), or for which it is clear that it is provided to us with the intention to process the data.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. We use that knowledge to optimize our website for our visitors. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google to make agreements about how to use our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services and, finally, we have the IP addresses anonymized.

We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. Images
During events of DSGC, photographers and organizers can make photo and film material. They can publish these images on print or digital channels. You can intentionally or untentionally be captured in these images. If this is a problem for you, we advise you to report your complaint via our contact form.
